CandidatePool is a reverse recruiting platform that connects job candidates with employers. Candidates create profiles and employers receive AI-curated shortlists of matching candidates.
You must sign in via LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, profiles). By uploading content, you grant CandidatePool a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CandidatePool does not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of AI-generated match scores.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandidatePool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
